Role Description 

The Franchise Consultant role is to help clients determine if franchising is right, when it’s right, and which opportunity truly fits their life, goals, and values. The Franchise Coach will support clients throughout their entire franchise journey using our methodical exploration process and industry best practices. 

You’ll network where and when you want, meeting individuals who are in career transition or may be daydreaming about business ownership while in a corporate role.

With extensive experience and expertise, we help potential franchisees navigate the often-overwhelming journey of franchise discovery. By providing informed advice, challenging assumptions, and ensuring decisions are based on accurate data, Corner Booth Franchise Coaching empowers clients to make confident choices. We are committed to helping individuals uncover the best franchise opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in providing guidance and actionable insights tailored to client needs
• Ability to effectively present information and facilitate individual discussions
• Organizational and time-management skills to balance client needs 
• Proactive positive attitude with the ability to have open and honest conversations with empathy
• Previous experience in franchise consulting, career coaching, business coaching, or a related field is welcomed
